i) "Plurality should not be posited without necessity" - Numquam ponenda est pluralitas sine necessitate
ii) “It is futile to do with more things that which can be done with fewer” - Frustra fit per plura quod potest fieri per pauciora
The two theories posited by William of Ockham inform the fundamental principles behind our practice. We can do so much more with less by implementing logical and simple strategies to maximise efficiency and precision while reducing cost in the production process of construction. This knowledge empowers the consumer by allowing them access to highly sustainable + customizable buildings and interiors at a fraction of the currently available cost, which are precision manufactured and assembled in a fraction of the time and with minimal ecological impact.
